Bartender (m/f/d)

Do you embody the spirit of service—and do special requests from our international guests serve as motivation rather than a burden? Is a perfectly mixed drink, a charming remark at just the right moment, and a tidy bar a given for you? If you can’t stand crumbs on the bar any more than you can stand poorly frothed drinks—then you’ve come to the right place!

The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. The employment contract begins on December 7, 2026, and is expected to run through April 7, 2027.

Sound good? Then we have a few tasks for you:

• Preparation of classic and modern cocktails, long drinks, spirits, and non-alcoholic specialties
• Providing guests with expert advice on beverage selection, including recommendations for wine and digestifs
• Mise en place and daily preparation of the bar area, including glasses, garnishes, fruit, and ice
• Adherence to our quality standards regarding hygiene, presentation, and hospitality
• Independent responsibility for the cash fund and accurate daily reconciliation
• And last but not least: a cheerful disposition, a sense of humor, and the ability to inspire people

Qualification

• In-depth knowledge of how to prepare cocktails, long drinks, and classic beverages
• Experience working behind the bar at an upscale establishment or in a similar setting
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar culture
• A well-groomed, confident, and warm demeanor
• Proficiency in German and English—knowledge of other languages is a plus
• An independent, organized, and meticulous approach to work
• High standards of quality and hygiene (understanding of HACCP)
• Ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, and resilience—even when things get busy
• Enthusiasm for interacting with guests and active sales
