To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated Fitness & Wellness Trainer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Planning and conducting a varied program of activities and wellness sessions for our guests
- Supervising and leading bike and hiking tours as well as guided outdoor activities
- Conducting fitness and wellness classes such as yoga, Pilates, boxing, aqua aerobics, HIIT, and circuit training
- Motivating and providing personalized support to our guests during sports activities
- Assisting with seasonal activities such as ski guiding and snowshoe hikes in winter
- Conducting sauna infusions (training as a sauna master is a plus)
- Ensuring a professional and warm guest experience
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a fitness, sports, or health trainer, or a comparable qualification
- Very good spoken German and English skills
- Passion for sports, exercise, and nature
- Enjoy working with people and have a motivating demeanor
- Experience leading group and fitness classes is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team, initiative, and organizational skills
- Ideally, training as a sauna master or a willingness to complete such training
- A passion for outdoor activities and an active lifestyle
