Description

We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist for our company. You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a young and innovative team. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. A performance-related salary is a matter of course for us.

We are currently rebuilding! After our renovation by spring 2024, the following renovations will be added:

8 new rooms and suites
New massage room with lake view
Rooftop fitness and yoga room with terrace & lake view
Lake terrace roofing for year-round use
Relaxation room renovation for wellness all year round

We would be happy to inform you in advance about your tasks at our reception:

Telephone service (inquiries and confirmations)
Check-in and check-out of guests (invoicing)
Guest care (information about the region and activities)
Email correspondence (answering inquiries and sending confirmations)
Various reception and accounting tasks
If required: Assistance with the day bar and breakfast service

Salary information: The advertised NET salary is based on experience and qualifications at 40 hours and 5 days / week.

The NET salary for 40 hours and 5 days / week is EUR 1.650,-

Requirements

Do you have a passion for - being in contact with guests? - to organize different areas? - work in a young team? - perform various tasks to enhance the guests' stay? Are you linguistically gifted and can speak and write other languages in addition to German and English? If you have a confident demeanor and good manners and would like to work in a fine and committed team directly on Lake Wolfgangsee, then you've come to the right place! Experience in the reception area is an advantage. Knowledge of the hotel program Fidelio is not mandatory, but experience with a hotel program is required.
