We're looking for new members to join our service team! Bar Assistant (m/f/d)
In this role, you’ll work with us to create unforgettable bar experiences for our guests and, together with the service team, ensure the highest quality and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include setting up the bar, restocking beverages, preparing cocktails and mixed drinks, and adhering to our high quality and hygiene standards. Since our bar is less busy in the summer, you’ll also actively support our team in the service area during peak hours.

Requirements
Your qualifications:
You have completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry and already have some experience in a similar position in the upscale hospitality sector.
Your responsibilities:
In addition to your professional work as a massage therapist, you will design our extensive sports and guest program as a motivational coach—such as water aerobics in the indoor pool, yoga or qigong classes, and relaxing sauna infusions in our sauna area. Ideally, you hold a hiking guide certification and lead 1–2 guided hikes per week for our guests.

- Strong social skills: empathy, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and dedication
