We're looking for new members to join our service team! Bar Assistant (m/f/d)
In this role, you’ll work with us to create unforgettable bar experiences for our guests and, together with the service team, ensure the highest quality and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include setting up the bar, restocking beverages, preparing cocktails and mixed drinks, and adhering to our high quality and hygiene standards. Since our bar is less busy in the summer, you’ll also actively support our team in the service area during peak hours.

Requirements
Your qualifications:
You have completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry and already have some experience in a similar position in the upscale hospitality sector.
Your profile:
- A polished, hospitable demeanor with excellent German and English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and dedication
- Enjoyment of a service-oriented profession with a confident demeanor and a positive attitude
Experience

German C1 (advanced knowledge)
English B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience for a secure, long-term position at our year-round resort with two seasons in snow-sure Zauchensee—ideal for combining work, leisure, and sports!

Employment & Salary
2100 € net / month
The net monthly salary offered depends on your qualifications, education, and weekly working hours. If you have the appropriate qualifications and experience, we are more than willing to pay above market rate.
