The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. The employment contract begins on December 7, 2026, and is expected to run through April 7, 2027.

The traditional Alpine-style hut nestles into the landscape, bravely withstands the snow and winter—and inside, it features a cozy lounge with seating for 40.

• Assist the Chef de Rang in serving guests in the restaurant
• Ensuring Mise en Place
• Preparing for the lunch service (cleaning, setting up the patio, mise en place)
• Compliance with the general quality standards of the Hotel Edelweiss (Flexenhäusl)
• Understanding the Menu

Qualification

• Relevant practical experience in the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in German and English
