At “9ers Pizza,” we value a personal touch. We’re looking for someone who can serve as a bridge between our kitchen and our guests. In this role, you won’t be a traditional server, but rather a front-of-house host who also ensures operational quality at the pasta station and in our delivery operations.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary: You are responsible for the fresh preparation of our pasta dishes. In doing so, you prioritize quality and work efficiently. The work steps are designed to be so efficient that no formal training as a chef is required.Guest Communication & Atmosphere: You are the first point of contact for our guests in the restaurant. While preparing the pasta, you maintain friendly interactions, ensure a pleasant atmosphere, and make guests feel welcome. Taking orders (online) or clearing tables (by the guest) is not part of your responsibilities. Delivery Management: You coordinate our delivery service. You keep track of incoming orders, assign routes to our drivers, and serve as the point of contact to ensure smooth logistics.

Organizational skills: Even when order volume is high, you stay calm and efficiently coordinate our couriers.

Host mentality: You have a knack for understanding guests’ needs and, through your open and friendly nature, play a key role in building customer loyalty.

Structured approach: You thrive on the combination of hands-on kitchen work and logistical planning.

Language skills: You speak German and English well enough to communicate with guests.
