Receptionist in the Healthcare Sector (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a SPA RECEPTIONIST (m/f/d)

As a spa receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, and your positive attitude will ensure that their relaxation begins the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities:

At our spa, you’ll be the heart of our reception team—bringing a broad perspective, warmth, and a commitment to providing every guest with a thoroughly positive experience: 

• Active guest support and guidance – you are the first point of contact and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Appointment scheduling for spa treatments and services
• Active product sales & cross-selling of high-quality spa products
• Proficient use of the TAC SPA software and the Protel hotel management system
• Telephone service and coordination of inquiries and appointments
• Expert advice on our spa treatments at Stock Diamond Spa
• Shared responsibility for implementing the spa concept, as well as for maintaining order, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the spa area

Your profile:

You stand out thanks to your personality, your organizational skills, and your enthusiasm for working with people: 

• A sociable, guest-oriented person with a warm demeanor
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork
• An open-minded attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive for personal growth
• A neat, professional appearance
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude
• Excellent command of German and English
• Completion of training in cosmetology or massage is a plus
• Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a comparable hotel category, is desirable
