Description
We are looking for a committed and qualified technical employee (m/f/d) to support our team in our hotel. In this responsible position, you will mainly be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work in the hotel as well as in the neighboring buildings and properties (e.g. staff residence, business premises). You will ensure that the technical systems are in perfect working order and that the buildings remain well maintained. Together with a small team, you will work to constantly improve the condition of the properties. If you have a solution-oriented approach and team spirit, we look forward to receiving your application!
Requirements
You have completed training in a skilled trade, ideally with further training in facility management, and have already gained some experience in a trade company or in building services. You have good manual skills and pay attention to detail. You are able to work independently and in a structured manner and have a responsible approach to your work. You also have good organizational skills, a friendly and well-groomed manner and previous management experience. Then you are exactly the right person for us!
