Description
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Technical Assistant (m/f/d) to join our hotel team. In this responsible role, you will be primarily responsible for performing maintenance and repair work in the hotel as well as in adjacent buildings and properties (e.g., staff housing, office spaces). You will ensure that technical systems function properly and that the buildings are well maintained. Together with a small team, you will work to continuously improve the condition of the properties. Requirements
You have completed an apprenticeship in a skilled trade, ideally with additional training in facility management, and have already gained some experience working in a trades company or in building services. You possess good manual dexterity and pay close attention to detail. You are able to work independently and in a structured manner, and you take a responsible approach to your work. In addition, you have strong organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and prior leadership experience. Then you are exactly the right person for us!
