You enjoy finding out about new trends on the market and actively incorporating them into the planning, recipe and development of new dishes
You help to ensure our high quality standards
You support the individual Chef de Partie's or even occasionally manage a post independently
You see the preparation and cooking of a high-quality range of meals as a matter of course
You are actively involved in the development of new dishes and ideas and help to maintain and improve our high level of quality
Your area of responsibility also includes compliance with our high HACCP standards and quality guidelines
You help to ensure our high quality standards

Requirements
You have completed vocational training as a chef or equivalent previous experience
You already have some professional experience in kitchens in the upscale hotel industry
You have a high level of quality, hygiene and service awareness
You have a cost-conscious mindset and also pay attention to the details
You speak good German or English
You are a team player
They are very goal-oriented and keep an overview in stressful situations
You are characterized by independent thinking, commitment and professionalism
You already have some professional experience in kitchens in the upscale hotel industry
You have a high level of quality, hygiene and service awareness
You have a cost-conscious mindset and also pay attention to the details
You speak good German or English
You are a team player
They are very goal-oriented and keep an overview in stressful situations
You are characterized by independent thinking, commitment and professionalism
