Trainee Service (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will become part of our service team and get to know the 4-star hotel industry at Lake Ossiach.
• Depending on your grade level, you will be assigned tasks that correspond to your educational goals.
• Serving our guests in the restaurant and on the lakeside terrace
• Food and beverage service
• Mise en place activities (setting the tables, etc.)
• Shared responsibility and ensuring smooth service flow
• Communicative sales advice at the table with daily specials, wines, and digestifs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU

• You are at least 16 years old
• You enjoy working in the hotel industry and interacting with guests.
• You have a high level of quality awareness and enjoy working in a team.
• Very good German and good English skills
