For our company, we are looking for a motivated chef/junior chef for the 2026 summer season to support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all meals for our à la carte guests as well as our half-board guests. 🌿
You will support our dedicated service team and help to create unforgettable moments of enjoyment for our guests. You can expect a varied and exciting job in a friendly, dynamic team where teamwork and mutual support are very important.

The start date can be arranged flexibly. ⏰You can choose between a 6-day or 5-day week – depending on your personal preferences. Pay is adjusted accordingly.

Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Independently managing a kitchen station (e.g., garde manger, entremetier, saucier, pâtissier, etc.)
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes as part of half-board and à la carte offerings
- Collaborating on menu planning, taking seasonal and regional products into account
- Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen area
- Guiding and supporting commis chefs and kitchen assistants at their stations
- Shared responsibility for hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
- Checking stock levels and assisting with orders
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a chef and relevant professional experience
- Good technical knowledge and enjoyment of traditional and creative cooking
- Sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills
- Clean, structured, and economical way of working
- Ability to work in a team and friendly manner—even in hectic situations
- Reliability and calm demeanor in everyday work
- Passion for the profession and enjoyment of getting stuck in
