Requirements

- Management of the kitchen team and active participation in the kitchen - staff deployment and vacation planning - ensuring perfect workflow in the kitchen - designing an attractive range of dishes - ordering goods and ensuring product availability - ensuring cleanliness and compliance with HACCP food hygiene - completed apprenticeship as a chef - several years of experience in the catering industry, experience in personnel management an advantage - organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and reliability
