Requirements
What is your role in the team?
- You lead our service team consisting of approx. 12 - 15 employees
- You are the host and contact person for our guests in the restaurant
- As service manager, you are part of the Rauriserhof management team
- Duty roster planning
- Wine and drinks purchasing in consultation with Martin Mayr
- Table allocation in the restaurant
- Organization of the service process and scheduling of staff
- Checking the accounts
- Compliance with quality standards

- Completed training & professional experience
- Independent and efficient way of working
- You enjoy being a host and working in a family business
- Very good knowledge of German and English at a good level
- Friendly and cordial demeanor
