Requirements
What is your role on the team?
- You are the host and point of contact for our guests in the restaurant
- Acting as the restaurant manager’s substitute in their absence
- Leading, motivating, and training the service staff
- Organizing service procedures and assigning staff
- Assigning tables in the restaurant
- Monitoring hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Assisting with orders, inventory management, and stocktaking
- Monitoring of billing
What do we expect from you?
- Completed training & work experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- You enjoy hosting and working in a family-run business
- Very good German skills and a good command of English
- Friendly and warm demeanor
