Receptionist health area (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our team with a SPA RECEPTIONIST (m/f/d) starting May 11, 2026.

We are looking for a dedicated and warm-hearted individual to fill the position of Spa Receptionist (m/f/d) at our renowned Stock Diamond Spa. In this responsible role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will ensure they receive an unforgettable welcome with your professional demeanor and friendly manner.

Your responsibilities:

• Active guest support and advice: You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure an all-round positive experience.
• Appointment coordination: You organize appointments for treatments and services at the spa.
• Active product sales & cross-selling: You actively advise our guests on our high-quality SPA products and expand our range through targeted additional sales.
• Working with SPA Software TAC and Protel hotel software: You are confident in using our software for smooth management.
• Telephone service: You will take inquiries and coordinate guest services by telephone.
• Advice on SPA treatments: You inform and advise our guests on the various treatments we offer at the STOCK DIAMOND SPA.
• Joint responsibility for the SPA concept: You actively contribute to the implementation of the SPA concept and ensure that cleanliness, safety, and hygiene are guaranteed throughout the entire SPA area.

Your profile:

• Outgoing and guest-oriented: You enjoy interacting with guests and creating a feel-good atmosphere.
• Good communication skills: You are articulate and a true team player.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn: You enjoy getting involved and are motivated to develop yourself further.
• Well-groomed appearance: Your appearance is always neat and professional.
• Enthusiasm: You are passionate and committed to your work and have a positive attitude.
• Foreign language skills: Knowledge of other languages is an advantage, but not essential.
• Completed training in cosmetics or massage is an advantage: Experience in cosmetics or massage is desirable but not essential.
• Professional and technical experience in a comparable position and in a similar hotel category are advantageous.
