Requirements
You should already have a passion for the hotel industry and experience at the front desk (at least 1-2 years). You are confident in front of guests and colleagues.
We are used to thinking outside the box and constantly rethinking existing structures and processes, and we expect the same from you in your position.
Experience in managing a reception desk is desirable but not a prerequisite. The same applies to the position of assistant manager.
