Reception Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities—YOU are the right hand of the hotel management:

As reception manager, you will take on a wide range of responsible tasks in the reception and office areas.

Management & organization:

• You are the right hand of the management in the front office area and actively support organizational decisions.
• Responsibility for daily and weekly planning of the reception desk, including the distribution of duties and tasks.
• Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk.

Booking & correspondence management:

• Independent processing of bookings (telephone, email, online portals).
• Communication with tour operators, agencies, and external partners.
• Maintaining and updating guest information and guest data in the system.

Guest Services & Reception

• You are the central point of contact for our guests during check-in/check-out and for all inquiries.
• Active participation in guest communication with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Conflict resolution and complaint management at a professional level.

Teamwork & Department Coordination

• Close cooperation with housekeeping, restaurant, and management.
• Support for internal meetings with responsibility and feedback function.

What you bring to the table:

• A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking on responsibility
• Experience in a hotel or reception team or in guest services management
• Strong organizational and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident use of hotel software/office tools
• Enjoys responsibility and team leadership
