Your tasks
- Support of an existing customer portfolio and acquisition of new customers in the MICE segment
- Organization and management of customer events, house tours and participation in sales trips and trade fairs.
- Further development of sales strategies
- Conducting pre-convention meetings at events and post-convention meetings with the organizers/clients
- Completion of all administrative tasks and processing of correspondence
- Creating sales reports and statistics

Requirements

- Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar or equivalent position
- Market knowledge & customer contacts an advantage
- High quality awareness
- High customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiating skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English, flexibility, willingness to travel
- Car driver's license
