Requirements
You are part of our Events & Reservations team in one of the most beautiful hotels in the Kitzbühel Alps
You will be responsible for a wide range of different event, reservation and guest service areas
In consultation with your team, you coordinate the interfaces with the internal departments involved (front office, housekeeping, spa, kitchen and service) as well as external departments
Providers.
You take care of the professional acceptance and processing of incoming reservation requests (digital and telephone) from our guests and groups.
You also stand out:
Open, communicative demeanor, good interpersonal skills and a good command of German and English
High quality awareness and service orientation as well as host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
You like to take on responsibility
Ideally, you have knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 and MS Office
Professional experience in the event and reservation sector an advantage
