About us:

In a secluded location 1,200 meters above Zell am See, surrounded by stunning nature, with the best views, and situated right on the hiking trail, a family-run business awaits you where personal guest contact is the focus.

We host an average of about 80 guests, about 20% of whom are children—many of them regulars 

who appreciate this personal atmosphere.

𝗗𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗳𝗴𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗻:

● Check-in & check-out for our guests

● Personal assistance and advice on excursions, hikes, and activities

● Professionally handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries

● Creating various printed materials on the computer (menus, morning newsletters, birthday cards, guest information, etc.)

● Preparations to ensure a smooth workflow (coding key cards, place cards, room lists, updating guest records in the PMS, etc.)

𝗗𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝘁:

● Very good, confident German language skills (min. C1) and good, confident English (min. B1)

● Open, friendly, and communicative personality

● Enjoyment of guest interaction and a service-oriented approach to work

● Independence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability

● Well-groomed and neat appearance

● Professional experience in this position in Austria (at least 2 years)

𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗶 𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘁:

● A positive work environment with many long-term employees

● Regular working hours, fixed day off

● 5- or 6-day workweek, depending on your preference

𝗚𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘁:

For this position, we offer a net salary starting at €2,350 (for a 6-day workweek), with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience. Long-term collaboration spanning multiple seasons is preferred.

Then you’ll receive an additional €200 per month from us as a travel allowance.
