Description
As a receptionist at the Salzburger Hof Leogang, you play a crucial role in looking after our guests and make a significant contribution to a positive vacation experience. Your main tasks include
- Guest reception and care: warmly welcoming guests at reception, professionally handling check-in and check-out processes, answering inquiries and providing information about the hotel and the region
- Administrative tasks: Preparing invoices and statements, maintaining and updating guest data
- Protel and IT: Confident handling of the Protel hotel management system, familiarity with common IT programs such as Word and Excel
- Service orientation: Support with individual guest requests and concerns.
- Teamwork: Independent and structured work as well as close cooperation in a team, communication and coordination with colleagues from different departments.
Requirements
- Completed training in hotel or tourism management or comparable qualification
- Experience in a similar position, preferably at the hotel reception desk
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, especially Protel
- Good knowledge of common IT programs (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Offer
We offer attractive remuneration for a 5-day week with a gross monthly salary from € 2,400. Flexible working hours are possible by arrangement. A further overpayment depends on individual qualifications and experience.
