As a front office employee, you are the first point of contact for our guests at the hotel - whether it's a warm welcome on arrival or answering questions during their stay. You give them the feeling that they are in good hands with us. You are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure and, together with your colleagues, take care of the operational processes at reception. You work with Protel and are also familiar with all common Microsoft programs for creating texts, morning post etc.. You will also support our reservations department with bookings - whether by phone, email or in person. Ideally, you are a team player and work conscientiously.
