We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join our team in our state-of-the-art kitchen. (Starting in November 2026 / winter season)
In our kitchen, we use high-quality ingredients, sourcing from regional suppliers whenever possible. The main focus is on our evening menu, the highlight of the day. You can expect regular working hours, well-defined workflows, and a well-coordinated, long-standing team.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Specialized training as a pastry chef or similar is a plus
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a pastry shop
- Good knowledge of German
- Commitment to quality
- Knowledge of Austrian cuisine
- Knowledge of international dessert cuisine
- Creativity in selecting desserts
- Responsible use of food and operating resources
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations
