Your Job at the SPA
You’ll ensure that our guests can unwind, recharge, and feel completely at ease at 1,050 meters. With your massages, yoga, and fitness sessions, you’ll be an integral part of our Mountain Life Program and create truly memorable Forsthofalm moments.
You’ll provide personalized advice to our guests on massages and products, attentively guide them through their spa experience, and actively contribute your personality and expertise. At the same time, you’ll ensure that everything is prepared in the treatment and spa areas and that our hygiene, quality, and service standards are maintained.
Actively promoting our treatments and products is also part of your responsibilities—always in a personal, authentic way that’s tailored to each guest.
In short: You’re not just a massage therapist or yoga instructor—you’re a host, a source of energy, and part of the Forsthofalm spirit.
Requirements
For our SPA and Mountain Life areas, we are looking for someone who combines wellness, exercise, and genuine hospitality. You enjoy helping people unwind, recharge, and feel completely at ease.
- Completed training in massage and/or a recognized yoga certification
- Experience in performing various massage treatments
- Enjoyment of leading yoga, exercise, and sports sessions
- Good knowledge of the body, movement, recovery, and well-being
- A strong sense of hospitality and a passion for personal interaction with our guests
- Empathy and the ability to respond to individual needs
- A professional, warm, and well-groomed demeanor
- An independent, reliable, and responsible work ethic
- High awareness of hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards
- A passion for authentically recommending our treatments and products and driving upselling
- Team spirit and a willingness to collaborate with other departments at the Forsthofalm
- Openness, positive energy, and a desire to actively help shape our Mountain Life program
What’s particularly important to us: You don’t just teach yoga and give massages—you create experiences. With your personality, empathy, and passion, you ensure that our guests leave the Forsthofalm feeling reenergized and with lasting memories of their stay.
