Description
Your Role as HR & Executive Assistant
You’ll provide organizational support to our executive team and serve as a key point of contact for our staff. You’ll help maintain structure in day-to-day office operations and assist with HR-related organizational tasks.
Your responsibilities include standard secretarial tasks, scheduling and email coordination, preparing for meetings and documents, and general office organization. In the HR department, you’ll handle onboarding, employee housing, work attire, time tracking, and organizational employee matters.
Together with our marketing team, you’ll also assist with job postings, the career page, and employer branding. Contractual and labor law matters are not part of your responsibilities.
What you bring to the table: organizational skills, discretion, a structured approach to work, a passion for working with people, strong MS Office skills, and excellent German and English language skills.
In short: You’ll take the pressure off management and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed business or tourism training, or comparable experience
- Initial experience in assistant roles, secretarial work, administration, or HR-related tasks
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent work style
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Very good German and English language skills
- Enjoy working with people and a strong service orientation
- Reliability, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
- Team spirit, initiative, and a desire to help shape things
