Description
You’ll ensure that our guests feel welcome and completely at ease from the very first moment at 1,050 meters. With your friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and passion for service, you’ll work together with our team to create authentic Forsthofalm moments.
You’ll support our Chef de Rang in providing personalized attention to our guests, serve food and drinks, and ensure that everything in the restaurant is set up for a relaxed and professional dining experience. From lovingly set tables to the breakfast buffet and group dinners—you’ll be right in the thick of things, pitching in wherever you’re needed.
You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and the entire service team, attentively respond to guests’ requests, and gradually develop your knowledge and skills. Our quality standards provide guidance as you bring your own personality and strengths to the role.
In short: You’re not just a Commis de Rang—you’re a host, a team player, and part of the Forsthofalm spirit.
Tasks
- You’ll provide our guests with warm and attentive service and create authentic Forsthofalm experiences.
- You’ll assist our Chef de Rang with professional breakfast and dinner service.
- You’ll serve food and drinks with enthusiasm and an eye for detail.
- You’ll prepare the restaurant for service hours and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
- You’ll help set up, manage, and restock our buffets.
- You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and the entire service team.
- You will attentively address guests’ requests and help ensure they have an all-around enjoyable stay.
