The Forsthofalm is more than just a wood-themed hotel with 53 rooms nestled in the Leogang Mountains. It is a place for people who embrace hospitality, take responsibility, and want to create special moments together.

⛰️ Fair Pay: All positions at our company are paid above the collective bargaining agreement rate. In addition, you’ll receive a 13th and 14th month’s salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (vacation and Christmas bonuses).
⛰️ A work-life balance that suits you. A 4-day workweek? Different weekly hours or work schedules? We’re open to different models and will discuss together what’s possible for you and your role.
⛰️ Food? It's on us. We provide three meals a day—even on your days off. In addition to traditional dishes, we also offer a vegetarian menu and a small selection of vegan options.
⛰️ Your Home in the Mountains Depending on availability, you can stay in a single or double room—either right here with us or in the nearby valley—for a nominal fee. Depending on the duty schedule, our employee shuttle is available for your use. Your pet is also welcome to come along—depending on the accommodations.
⛰️ Mountain Life included. In the winter, depending on availability, you can rent our top-of-the-line skis at a discount; in the summer, you can rent our e-fat bikes. You’ll also receive discounts on ski passes and mountain lift tickets.
⛰️ Wellness & Fitness: You can use the pool, spa, and fitness area during regular business hours—our guests, of course, have priority. There’s also a separate staff sauna that’s available to you 24/7.
⛰️ Benefits for Your Time Off: You’ll receive a 30% discount on spa treatments and beauty services, as well as discounts on hotels, recreational activities, admission fees, and shopping in the region with the Work for Us Card.
