Our corporate philosophy

Tyrolean warmth. The Tyrolean way of life. Tyrolean indulgence. Tyrolean views. Tyrolean charm ... and all of this paired with a generous dose of warmth.
All of this sums up in a few words what we promise not only to our guests at our 4-star hotel, which features approximately 150 rooms and extensive dining options in a stunning location on the edge of the Seefeld Olympic Region in the heart of Tyrol. We can only make this a reality, bring it to life, and deliver on it with your help.
Currently, we still welcome guests during two long seasons (summer and winter), but in the medium term, we plan to have just one long season. We welcome guests from both Germany and abroad who choose us as a vacation destination for rest and relaxation, as a base for sports and activities, as a place to meet with family and friends, or because they have business in the surrounding area or are attending a seminar here. You may be traveling alone, as a couple, or with your family—and among you, there are many who have been doing so for years, and in some cases for generations, and we are particularly proud of this.
Not only the many amenities in and around the house, but especially our restaurants and the offerings included in our all-inclusive package provide everything your heart desires.
But the most important elements of a successful and relaxing stay are our service, our smiles and charm, our attentiveness and professionalism—that little extra something we all give to our guests. These are the most important aspects of our daily work, which should bring us all joy and satisfaction—and which our guests can feel as well.
We support and challenge our team in a family-run environment with a flat organizational structure, fostering a fun and positive atmosphere as we work toward our goals and success. After all, each person brings a unique perspective to the table, which we welcome as a valuable asset.
To unwind and make up for all your hard work at home, our team also has plenty of opportunities for sports and activities right on site or in the surrounding area.
