Clean rooms, well-maintained common areas, and a team that works together seamlessly. As a housekeeper at Gröller Hospitality, you’ll ensure that our guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

You'll take charge of our housekeeping team, ensure quality standards are met, and work with us to shape our behind-the-scenes processes.

WHAT YOU DO.

• You’ll keep track of everything. You’ll organize and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and serve as the primary point of contact for your team.
• Quality down to the last detail. You’ll inspect our guest rooms and public areas to ensure that our high standards for cleanliness and quality are maintained.
• Stronger Together. You support your team in their day-to-day work, help new employees get up to speed, and foster the professional growth of your colleagues.
• Everything at a glance. You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our hotels, spa areas, and designated outdoor areas, and you ensure the efficient and sustainable use of resources.
• You're a proactive thinker. You contribute your ideas, optimize workflows, and work closely with the front desk, the technical department, and other departments.
• Standards that impress. You’ll ensure that our quality standards are implemented at the 4-star superior level.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.

• Experience that counts. You have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and, ideally, have 2–3 years of professional and leadership experience in housekeeping.
• An eye for detail. You have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, organization, and quality, and you know what really matters.
• Leadership with personality. You enjoy working with people, take on responsibility, and know how to motivate and support your team.
• Organizational skills. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain a clear overview even on busy days.
• Communication on an equal footing. You have excellent German and English skills and make a positive impression with your friendly, well-groomed demeanor.
• Flexibility is a must. You're willing to work early and late shifts.
