Requirements
- Extensive expertise: You have completed a degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, tourism, or media—or have many years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Marketing experience: Ideally, you’ve already gained practical experience in marketing, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry.
- Creative Mind: You have a keen sense of language, design, and visual communication, and enjoy developing new ideas that authentically represent our brand to the outside world.
- Digital Native: Social media, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar graphic design and video tools are part of your daily work routine. Ideally, you’ve also worked with CMS systems before.
- Organizational Skills: Whether it’s content planning, website maintenance, package deals, or crew events—you work in a structured, independent manner and can keep track of everything even when juggling multiple projects.
- Hands-on attitude: Photo shoots, events, or spontaneous marketing campaigns? You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and supporting your team wherever you’re needed.
- Team player: You enjoy working with others, actively contribute to the team, and foster a strong team spirit with your positive attitude.
- Communication Pro: You stand out for your excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as your passion for writing and creative brand communication.
- Open to new ideas: You’re curious, keep up with digital trends, enjoy personal growth, and bring fresh ideas to our marketing efforts.
