Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: You keep track of reservations, room assignments, and daily schedules (menus, weekly programs, excursion tips, etc.) at all times.
  • Communication Pro: Phone calls, emails, and guest requests—you’ve got it all under control, even when things get hectic.
  • System proficiency: You’ve already worked with Elite hotel software and digital tools (e.g., other reservation systems, Elite, Canva, etc.) (prior experience preferred)
  • Team Player: You actively support your team wherever you’re needed. You enjoy working within and alongside your team.
  • Structure & Overview: You ensure clear processes and neat, reliable documentation.
  • A Rock: Even when things get really hectic—you keep your cool and never lose your smile.
  • Digital Native: You love structured organization and use digital tools with natural ease.
