Starting this winter, we’re introducing another culinary highlight: our exclusive Chef’s Table, seating just 12 guests. Here, we create extraordinary moments of culinary delight at the highest level—with plenty of creativity, high-quality ingredients, and a genuine passion for good food.

Requirements

  • Completed Training: You have completed training as a chef or have already gained some practical experience in a similar position.
  • Passion for Culinary Arts: You enjoy working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are eager to further develop your skills.
  • Basic knowledge: You have a basic understanding of both classic and modern cuisine.
  • Willingness to learn: You’re motivated to learn new things and to grow both professionally and personally.
  • Team player: You enjoy working with others and support your team with full commitment.
  • Work Ethic: You work neatly, in an organized manner, and with a sense of responsibility.
  • Stressresilience: Even in stressful situations, you keep your cool and remain focused on the task at hand.
  • Commitment to quality: High standards and meticulous work are second nature to you.
  • Language Skills: Good German and English skills are a plus.
