The Hotel Salnerhof in Ischgl is synonymous with first-class hospitality and exceptional cuisine. Our guests enjoy a high-quality à la carte restaurant as well as daily changing gourmet menus for our half-board guests.
Starting this winter, we’re introducing another culinary highlight: our exclusive Chef’s Table, seating just 12 guests. In a unique setting, we create special moments of indulgence at the highest level—personal, creative, and with great attention to detail.
Together with our Executive Chef and our dedicated kitchen team of 18 passionate chefs, you’ll actively help shape this new concept and ensure extraordinary culinary experiences every day.

Requirements
- Completed Training: You have completed training as a chef.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry is a plus—ideally in a sous chef position.
- Language Skills: You have a good command of German and English.
- Leadership skills: You enjoy leading your team, providing individual support, and helping them grow.
- Passion for Culinary Arts: High-quality ingredients, perfect flavor, and attractive presentation are second nature to you.
- Creativity: You contribute your own ideas and want to actively help shape and further develop our kitchen.
- Organizational skills: Even in stressful situations, you maintain a clear overview and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
- Team player: You enjoy working as part of a team, are flexible, and support your colleagues across departments.
- Commitment to quality: Precision, cleanliness, and a sense of responsibility are part of your daily standards.
- Willingness to learn: You’re committed to continuous professional and personal growth.
