We are expanding our team with a Child and Youth Care Worker (m/f/d) starting September 15, 2026

Your Responsibilities

No two days are alike: With passion, energy, and plenty of ideas, you’ll play an active role in shaping our young guests’ vacation and ensure they have fun, stay safe, and enjoy special experiences:

• Professional supervision and entertainment for our young guests (ages 3 and up)
• Organizing and conducting a varied weekly program in the children's area
  • Supervision at the kids' club, featuring creative arts and crafts sessions and exciting games
  • Accompanying children on outdoor activities such as horseback riding, walks, and outdoor exploration tours, as well as gondola rides on the Penkenberg
• Organizing and conducting a varied weekly program in the teen area
  • Accompanying teens to fun outdoor activities such as escape rooms, go-karting, laser tag, and much more. 
  • Supervised activities at the hotel's own Action Park, featuring a trail park, ball sports hall, trampolines, and a skate ramp
  • Fostering team spirit, a sense of adventure, and athletic ambition among young people
• Ensuring a safe environment where children and adolescents feel comfortable
• Bring our STOCKI mascot to life and dance with the kids (max. 15 minutes)
• Point of contact for our young guests and their parents 

Your Profile

• Educational training or experience in childcare or youth services is a plus
• Creativity in Designing Activities and Programs
• First aid training, especially for outdoor activities, is desirable
• Ability to work well with others & excellent communication skills
• Class B driver's license
