Description
Join our kitchen team as Demi Chef de Partie - starting at the beginning of December! As part of your new job, you will ensure the highest product quality at your post in the hotel kitchen.
The minimum wage for our Demi Chef de Partie job offer is above the collective agreement: € 1950 net per month for a working time of 48 hours / 6 days per week.
Requirements
This is what you can expect as a Demi Chef de Partie:
- Support of the Chef de Partie
- Shared responsibility for the entire mise en place at the station
- Goods requirements at your station are your joint responsibility
- Hygiene responsibility for your station according to HACCP standards
- active co-development of new dishes
- independent training and further education
- Support with stocktaking
