Requirements
This is what you can expect as Chef de Partie:
- independent work at your post
- Responsibility for the entire mise en place at your post
- Managing and training the directly subordinate Demi Chef de Partie
- Provision of the weekly starter buffet
- Responsibility for goods requirements at your post
- Hygiene responsibility for your post in accordance with HACCP standards
- active development of new dishes
- independent training and further education
- Support with stocktaking
what you bring with you:
- Fluent German and English
- completed training as a chef
- at least 1 year of professional experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis de Cuisine
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
- respectful interaction and a sense of responsibility
- a feeling for guest satisfaction and product quality
- Enthusiasm for high-quality and special ingredients
- cost-conscious and economical way of working
