Requirements
Your area of responsibility:
- Contact person for all concerns of our guests
- Our guests' wishes are a matter close to your heart
- you take great care of every guest
- Concierge activities, helping to organize the arrival and departure of the guest and every activity in between
- Interface in the house
- keep the other departments informed about the wishes of our guests
- Checking guests in and out
What you bring with you:
- English and German at least at level B2
- completed training and professional experience
- Enjoy working with people and service
- Calmness with a high workload
- open, pleasant, critical and honest communication
- Courage, humor and commitment
- solution-oriented thinking and enjoy learning new things
a bonus is if you have already worked at the reception of a 5* hotel.
