Our business

The Hotel Bergcristall is located in the Tyrolean Stubai Valley, about 30 minutes from Innsbruck, in the district of Volderau (municipality of Neustift). Even without your own car, we are easily accessible—public buses run every 30 minutes.

Our hotel has 27 rooms and 5 vacation apartments and accommodates approx. 50–70 guests with half board. We do not have an à la carte restaurant, but focus exclusively on our hotel guests.

The winter season lasts until May 10, 2026. The position is available immediately. After a 5½-week company vacation, the summer season begins.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated dishwasher (m/f/d) for a seasonal or year-round position.

Scope of work

• 5.5 days per week
• Up to 48 hours per week

• 1.5 days off per week

   

Remuneration

• Starting salary from approx. €2,000 net/month
• Plus 13th and 14th month's salary (pro rata, in accordance with Austrian law)

Responsibilities

Dishwasher

Working hours: approx. 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. (lunch break approx. 12:00 p.m. and dinner 6:00 p.m.)

• Washing white and black dishes and cutlery
• Cleaning the kitchen and dining room (sweeping, mopping)
• Waste separation
• General support tasks in the kitchen
