About Us
The Hotel Bergcristall is located in the Tyrolean Stubai Valley, about 30 minutes from Innsbruck, in the district of Volderau (municipality of Neustift). We are easily accessible even without a car—public buses run every 30 minutes.
Our hotel has 27 rooms and 5 vacation apartments and accommodates approximately 50–70 guests on a half-board basis. We do not operate an à la carte restaurant, but focus exclusively on our hotel guests.
A total of 5 people work in the kitchen (3 chefs, 1 kitchen assistant, and 1 dishwasher).

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated dishwasher (m/f/d) for a seasonal or year-round position.
Scope of work
- 5.5 days per week
- Up to 48 hours per week
1.5 days off per week
Compensation
- Starting salary from approx. €2,000 net/month
- Plus 13th and 14th monthly salaries (pro-rated, in accordance with Austrian law)
Responsibilities
Dishwasher
Working hours: approx. 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 5:30 PM–9:30 PM (lunch break approx. 12:00 PM and dinner at 6:00 PM)
- Washing white and black dishes as well as cutlery
- Cleaning the kitchen and dining room (sweeping, mopping)
- Waste sorting
- General support tasks in the kitchen
Kitchen Assistant
Working hours: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 5:30 PM–9:45 PM (lunch break around 12:00 PM and dinner at 6:00 PM)
- Various egg dishes for breakfast
- Preparing the salad bar
- Preparing the breakfast buffet
- General support tasks in the kitchen
We are looking for someone to fill the position of kitchen assistant – dishwasher. 3.5 days as a kitchen assistant and 2 days as a dishwasher.
We typically have a 5½-day workweek, which means 1½ days off.
Requirements
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the kitchen is an advantage
- Reliable and meticulous approach to work
- Consistent adherence to work specifications and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Economical use of goods (low wastage)
- Ability to work in a team and commitment
- Loyalty and representation of company interests
- Language skills
German
