- Management of the MICE & Leisure reservations department with a team of up to 5 colleagues
- Leading the team in terms of specifications and guidelines as well as duty and vacation planning
- The induction, training, and development of new employees in the Reservations Department is also part of your area of responsibility, as is the ongoing support of the existing team.
- Planning and coordinating events and selling rooms for corporate and group inquiries
- Selling and processing individual reservations with Re:Guest
- Providing professional support to our customers and guests on the phone and in written correspondence
- Organizing and implementing guest requests in close coordination with the relevant departments
- Maintaining and updating customer and reservation data in Opera Cloud
- Checking group reservations and option bookings
- Active upselling and cross-selling
- Ensuring, optimizing, and monitoring our reservation standards and guidelines
- Conducting tours of the hotel
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Completed hotel-specific or tourism training
- Experience in MICE reservations or banquet sales
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- Solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Team spirit, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Structured, accurate working style and sales talent
- Positive, winning charisma
- Effective collaboration with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Management departments is important to you in order to achieve common goals!
