Description
Your tasks:
- Your main task is the independent preparation of desserts and salads in our restaurant
- Designing and implementing seasonal dishes - in collaboration with our kitchen team
- Supporting the head chef in daily menu planning and preparation.
- Harmonious cooperation in the kitchen team with a focus on good quality and hygiene.
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Working independently is a matter of course for you, and you look forward to creating culinary experiences together with us.
- Completed professional training is desirable, but not essential if you already have enough professional experience in a similar position.
- You keep a cool head even at peak times and are keen to take on responsibility.
- You are a team player and speak good German.
- You are flexible, able to work under pressure and have a passion for good food.
