We are looking for a motivated sous chef to join our team. You will assist our kitchen staff in preparing and presenting all dishes, as well as in menu planning and design. You will be able to stand in for the head chef on his days off and responsibly handle his duties in his absence. You are familiar with menu costing, ordering procedures, staff management and training, as well as inventory management in accordance with HACCP. A calm and orderly work environment is essential.
