Description

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our company. You will support our service crew to spoil our guests with culinary delights from the kitchen. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Career opportunities are always open to you in our company!

We are currently rebuilding! After our renovation by spring 2024, the following renovations will be added:

8 new rooms and suites
New massage room with lake view
Rooftop fitness and yoga room with terrace & lake view
Lake terrace roofing for year-round use
Relaxation room renovation for wellness all year round

We would be happy to inform you in advance about your tasks:

Looking after guests, coffee service, bar service
Mise en place for the next day for breakfast & for afternoon service/evening service
and à la carte service:
Afternoon service, prepare mise en place for evening service, billing
Drinks service, serving food, serving service, looking after guests, invoicing, wine service
Preparing mise en place for bar service
Cocktail creations and drink of the day
Various activities in the restaurant: assisting the reception desk at the reception, preparing the restaurant, decoration etc.

Requirements

You like working with people.
You enjoy preparing delicious drinks.
You have experience in the hospitality industry.
Very good German language skills.
Very good knowledge of English.
Experience in upscale à la carte service is an advantage.
Friendly & respectful cooperation is our A&O.
