Description
We are looking for a creative, motivated pastry chef (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience for the upcoming season and beyond at our renowned Familotel in the Kitzbühel Alps. You will work as part of a supportive team under the guidance of our experienced head chef. Do you love enchanting guests with your creations? Then you’ve come to the right place :-) Your focus will be on creating the daily cake buffet and preparing our desserts for the evening buffet (we offer two desserts to choose from every day). Additionally, you’ll support our kitchen team in preparing and presenting the evening buffet as well as in the à la carte section—the workload there is minimal. We place great value on a diverse culinary offering, careful handling of all fresh products, and a keen eye for detail. As a pastry chef, you will be responsible for: preparing desserts for menus, buffets, etc.; helping to design menus and new creations; professional and creative preparation of all products; performing mise en place; adhering to HACCP hygiene regulations; and ensuring proper food storage. Your profile for success: successfully completed vocational training as a pastry chef or in the kitchen with experience in patisserie. As well as a high degree of quality and cost awareness.
