Description
As Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day catering operations.
You will liaise between service and kitchen staff, manage the teams at the kitchen pass, and ensure efficient organization.
You will also be responsible for goods management, from stock control and ordering to distribution to the departments
and contract negotiations with suppliers. Compliance with and further development of hygiene and quality standards
is also part of your area of responsibility.
